Refund & Exchange Policy

* Exchange/credit note is accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the dress.

• If product is purchased during non-sale period, exchange can be availed on the before sale prices only. If customer likes to add more pieces during exchange, new pieces other than the one bought against old order can be bought on discounted prices.
• The product should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
• Replacement request must be made within 3 days of delivery and must not be part of above list
• Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
• Size/Product exchange is available
• Exchange is allowed only once per order. In the case of an exchange, reverse pickup charges of ₹300 will be borne by the customer.
• Exchange or refund is not available for international orders.

*We don't offer return, in case product is returned because of any issue at our end, we provide store credit which can be utilized anytime within 3 months from the date of delivery.

However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
* In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.karajjaipur.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
